Account info (name, email, phone), payment metadata (not card numbers - those live with our payment processor), event and ticket data, and basic analytics about how you use the product.
Why we collect it
To run the service, process payments, prevent fraud, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product.
Who we share it with
Service providers we rely on to operate (payment processors, email delivery, hosting). We don't sell your personal data.
Your rights
Request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your account by emailing privacy@ticketplus.so.
Retention
Financial records are retained for the period required by law. Other data is removed on account deletion within a reasonable window.
