1. Acceptance

By using Ticket+, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secret and let us know about anything that looks wrong.

3. Payments

Ticket+ collects payment from attendees on behalf of organizers and settles funds to organizer wallets. Fees, payout windows and supported payment methods are described on the pricing page.

4. Refunds & disputes

Refund eligibility is set by each organizer. Disputes are resolved through the in-app dispute flow. See the Refund Policy for details.

5. Prohibited use

No fraud, no illegal goods, no impersonation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
